Hee. Have you guessed it right? The above’s bought by Boyfriend from Australia, Perth for me and my family. The heartshape chocos, red wine, koala bear pencil and the Koala Bear Cystal ball are for me. The rest are for my Mom. Very thoughtful of him coz’ he still remember that my Mom loves powdery chocos, nougats. The funniest thing was, he didn’t get anything from himself. lol. I guess it’s pretty easy to get some souvenirs for people when you’re overseas… but when comes to buying your own stuffs, it might be a little difficult. It’s either nothing attracts you or the prices too expensive. Geessh.

I love this thing. I wish I could own a real koala bear. I’ll hug it everyday to sleep. lol. How adorable!

We headed off to town after he came to pass me the souvenirs. Met up with Chris for awhile as she needed to do scrapbooking (her 1st time doing it) for her friend’s birthday on Wednesday. I didn’t have time on that day to do it with her and hence I could only help her to source for the materials @ Plaza Singapura’s Spotlight & Made with Love.

Boyfriend and I reached early and we went to Pastamania for our lunch while waiting for Chris.

When she arrived, she joined us for lunch too. After lunch we went to shop for scrapbooking materials and Boyfriend bought movie tickets for 4:30pm’s. Chris managed to grab all the materials she needed and apparently, I spent about S$30 again for the stuffs. I guess all in all, I’ve spent near S$100 or more this week for scrapbooking. You’ll know why soon.

Anyway, after shopping, we parted with Chris. The movie ended at about 7pm. Boyfriend and I headed to Carrefour to grab some sushis and beer. We brought the food to Fort Canning Park to eat. Apparently the place’s quite secluded. It’s EXTREMELY dark and I got pissed off coz’ of the mosquitoes bites I had! But still, I enjoyed every moment with him.

So here’s the Heineken beer we bought. Boyfriend’s got influenced by his trip to Perth. lol. They were all drinking wine and beer everyday and so, there he goes.. Haha, but apparently it’s good that he knows where’s his limits… and I believe he still prefers wine than beer! I love Heineken in someway or another. It tasted so much better than Tiger, ABC, etc. Geesshh. Did I mentioned I love the bottle too?

Well so, we headed home after that. ^^

Ok! So here comes the scary part – my scrapbooking materials.

Bought the above yesterday. lol and you’ll be surprised what I have in total…..

Hee. The pink plastic bag’s all my scrapbooking patterned papers and plain papers. The spotlight plastic bag’s all my stickers. LOL. Scary huh. I’ll show you why..

See! That’s A LOT of patterned papers! Most are from my 3rd sis as she bought a whole stack of patterned papers online and she gave me last year. Some didn’t match what I am supposed to do now and hence I bought extra. Very insane, I know.

Next up. The stickers! I’ve got a whole lots of them.. even before I love to scrapbook, I’ve got a hobby of buying and collecting nice, unique and cute stickers.. so here we are. After compiling all of them together, that’s a full bag of stickers I have for scrapbooking. I’ve got more stickers but they’re irrelevant to scrapbooking.. so.. yup. lol!

I’ve got a tool box for scrapbooking actually but I didn’t take a picture of it. In it there are many ink pads, stamps, glue tape, buttons, etc. Lol. I don’t know why but when I’ve got a certain hobby, I’ll tend to buy almost everything as part of my collection. Somehow it’s more convenient this way – whenever I needed something for scrapbooking, I need not worry that I’m lack of some tools/materials. Geeshh.

So I guess I’ll end my post.. and before I do, here’s a picture of my handsome boy over at Perth last week.

I miss you.

Baby is away and won’t be back in Singapore till next Wednesday’s midnight. A freaking painful 5days! Have not see him and hear his voice since about 4:16AM. Terrible. But good thing is, he will be back before my 21st Birthday! According to how he has described, seemed like he has planned something amazing for my birthday and I feel that I would probably shed some tears that day. I guess I need really good waterproof eye makeups.. Anyway, I can’t wait! Although this birthday’s not gonna be some big typical 21st birthday celebration, I’ll still be really contended with Family, Baby and some really nice friends with me.

On actual day (18th April), I’ll be spending it with Baby and probably on 17th with my 3 girlfriends whom I know for 10years! And uh, probably a belated one with Christina! Tsk tsk…..

Oh by the way. I watched Fast and Furious 4 with Baby at 11:45AM yesterday. It was awesome. LOVE IT! I’m sure there will be a Fast and Furious 5! Can’t wait!

Next up I am so going to watch 17 Again, Terminator, etc!

And so..  right now.. I’m still missing Baby. I miss you, I miss you!

P.S: Baby, you’ll be surprised when you are back too! Most likely gonna surprised you on my birthday… geesh.

Pocoyo and Elly finally arrived!!

I was so happy when the postman knocked on my door about an hour ago. I have a few packages to wait, and I was thinking which items could have arrived first. When I saw the package was rather small, I knew it was my beanie toys. When I opened it, I nearly jumped for joy like a little kid. Just look at them, aren’t they lovely? So adorable that they’d make me smile! Thanks to 1stfortoys, I got my beautiful beanie toys at a very reasonable rate + shipping. Geessh, very satisfied! *Happy mode ++100*

And guess what? Just few days ago, baby and I were in Arcade with my niece. I spotted this cute little sheep and he tried to get it for me. It costs him only $4 and it’s mine now!

Hehehh. Tell me it’s adorable! ^^

Well, I can’t wait for tonight’s date with Baby after his work. Will be watching The Day The Earth Stood Still. Keanu Reeves, woohoo!

High School Musical 3 Gala Premiere

Newborn baby nephew

He’s what I am busy with lately. Isn’t he lovely? He weighs about 3.7kg when he was born on 10.10.08. The above photo is taken when we visited him at the hospital. He’s so adorable.. so chubby. I don’t know why, but when I see babies, I have an explainable happiness floating me away. I know how hard it is to give birth.. how painful. I know exactly how it feels, because I have my sis to tell me and I’m an experienced babysitter of 2 nephews and 1 niece in total. Nevertheless, I would love to have my kids one day. 2 or more, perfect!

Guess what? My daily routine is rather screwed. lol. I have to wake up at about 8:30am in the morning, and bring him to sunbathe at about 9am (last approximately 15mins). I guess I’m somewhat tanner now, which I don’t like. If it’s in the past, I love being tan. But not when I’m older.

Besides that, I have to fetch my niece at 12pm/2pm daily from school and of course, many other “adhoc duties”. Very busy life for me.

And I’m so glad Britney Spears is back. I can’t wait for her new album. I can’t wait for her world tour and I sincerely hope she won’t be back with the disastrous-self of her again. I love you, Brit!

Well, I’m currently watching this Hong Kong drama – The Silver Chamber of Sorrows (银楼金粉). I’m only at episode 3 and am loving it! A very nice drama.

Title-less.

I’m lost at words whenever I tried to blog. Probably coz’ it has been ages since I blog consecutively. I don’t blog as frequent as I used to anymore. Damn! That explains why I could not even come up with a better title. Hence, “title-less”. Duh.

Well, the latest movie I caught was “The Dark Knight”.

Even before this movie was screened on cinemas, I had already been anticipating it after I watched “Batman Begins”. What can I say? The Dark Knight is simply awesome, although there are parts which are quite predictable. All in all, it is definitely a movie worth watching for. The impact was simply unexplainable. What’s more? This poster is BREATH-TAKING! It took my breath away~ heh!

Anyhoos (I mean, “anyway”), as promised, my LOMO PHOTOS! Pardon of the poor quality. My scanner is giving me a bit of problem lately. Probably coz’ it’s been ages since I last touched it. Ha!

Here’s some of my successful shots using Vivitar Ultra Wide & Slim camera.

Pretty, pretty eh! I had so much fun snapping away. lol. Which means, it’s burning my pocket into a big hole. 1 film costs me about $5~$6, and each roll when developed costs me another $15~$22. My addiction is super scary! Tsk tsk.

Besides owning Vivitar, I owned a Fisheye 2, white edition!

Apparently, such cameras require “skills”. You can shoot wherever, whenever you like. However, it takes great risk. It’s not like a digital camera where you can get instant shot and delete it right away if it isn’t nice. I’m basically risking all my shots away, crossing fingers that it will turn out well. Disappointing enough, my first roll failed badly. Second roll wasn’t that bad, in fact I’m quite satisfied with it. Although it can be better. Whereas for my third roll, it’s quite a disappointment, again.

Ok, so this was taken from my 1st roll. Which is one of the very few successful ones. Gees. So now, enjoy from my 2nd roll shots!

Why lack of updates?

Been busy with my working life. It’s been almost a month since I’m with this new company. So far so good, I supposed. I hope this job will last me at least a year, and probably a good prospect (promotion?) or well, at least am praying it is tolerable for me to stay in long-run! It’s too tedious to look for a job and to go through countless interviews where all they say is “should you be shortlisted, we will call you”, which basically is a crap. They will never call.

Anyway, ever since I’m working, I try to sleep at 1030pm or latest by 11pm. Healthy lifestyle eh. Sleep early, wake up early. But hey, it’s not enough for me. I still get really tired when I’m at work. When I’m working, I look forward to knocking off. Ugh, very bad.

Thank God I am able to release stress a little by watching NEVER BACK DOWN yesterday with Mr. BF.

This movie is average. Not extremely nice. IMO, I think it’s definitely not worth the weekend price. If you want to watch it, watch it when it’s the cheapest during weekdays. A good movie to entertain you if you have nothing better to do. Geesh.

Oh, and guess what? I’ve a new toy. Remember I bought a vivitar camera some weeks ago? My first roll failed and am trying on 2nd roll. In addition, I am getting myself a Fisheye no.2 (lomography) this weekend! So excited!

There are basically two types/colors. I am thinking of getting the white limited edition. It costs about additional SGD10~SGD20 more. Suggestions please!

Made of Honor & Driving

I can’t really remember what’s going on the past few days… But well, I LOVE THIS MOVIE! Watch it if you have not.

& guess what? I had my first driving lesson on Monday ( 19.05.2008 ) and it was simply awesome. I drove on the road on my first lesson! How cool. Geez. 2nd lesson on Thursday! Well, to get this driving license, it is costing me a BOMB. Real big bomb. But well, thank God I’m starting work on 2nd June! Hope to get my license on my 1st attempt.
